Looking for a Tennessee cat cafe? There’s a welcome sight in Scenic City for fans of felines, food and philanthropy, at Chattanooga’s first cat cafe! Here’s the scoop on Naughty Cat Cafe:
The 411 for Foodies
While adoptable cats enjoy a taste of the good life in the 2,000+ sq. ft. cat lounge (an area separate from the area which serves food), cat-loving customers can nom on a variety of tasty treats.
Naughty Cat’s menu includes cookies, brownies, Oreo pops, slices of pie (which a vegan option available0 and an assortment of snacks, which can be washed down with coffee, tea, a soft drink, and for those 21 and older, hard cider or beer. (Customers who pay for time with the adoptable cats will receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage.)
The Cats of Naughty Cat Cafe
A cuddly clowder of 20 – 30 adorable adoptables have made themselves at home in the cafe’s 2,000+ sq. ft. cat lounge area as they wait for the day when their very own pet parent walks through the door to take them to their forever home.
Fans of felines who pay the fee for an hour long stay in the facility’s separate kitty quarters can make friends with cats from Humane Educational Society (an open door shelter which strives to find homes for approximately 4,000 – 5,000 companion animals each year) the no-kill non-profit Pet Placement Center.
Fun with Felines
Get ready to party with your new pals who purr at one of the cafe’s frequent special events, such as a Yoga with Cats session, trivia night, date and game nights, and stop by every Friday for Happy Moewer!
Note
Cat lovers must be at least 11 years old to enter the cat lounge. Children age 11 – 13 must be accompanied by an adult guardian in order to visit the cat area.
