Have you ever given out your housekey to a pet sitter or neighbor…but then worried about who had access to that key while it was out of your possession? Over on DogTipper, we’ve been reviewing the Kwikset SmartKey Lock which allows you to rekey the lock without removing the lock itself.
We selected the Kwikset SmartKey Lock with a SmartCode electronic keypad so we can set a code, give it to a neighbor or pet sitter, then recode the lock when we’re back home! The lock also has a the SmartKey technology (you’ll see the small slit beside the keyhole…that’s where you’ll put a special tool to rekey the lock yourself)…
