Canadian cat enthusiasts who crave food for thought along with their cat cafe experience will savor the artistic ambiance of a new, eco-friendly vegan eatery which is serving up a vision of a better tomorrow for homeless felines in Montreal.
Named in honor of the proprietor’s purring pal (who was adopted from the Montreal SPCA), Café Venosa opened its doors to the public on June 24, 2015. Offering foodies a wide variety of menu selections ranging from smoothies, muffins and cupcakes to potato salad and tofu BBQ wraps, visitors who also crave time with kitties can enjoy the companionship of adorable adoptables from the same organization which gave Venosa the cat a new lease on life, the DailyDot reports.
Pleasing patrons’ aesthetic palate as well as their taste buds, the cat cafe also serves as an art gallery, with the work of surrealist Dustyn Lucas currently being showcased.
